Forro的位址在台中算是位在咖啡集散地的區域，在忠明南路和精誠路中間的小巷弄內。剛好位於兩條巷子交叉口，所以Forro有兩個面路門窗，一邊為咖啡廳的出入口，另一邊則做了吧檯的設計，讓人有可以偶一路過時坐一會喝杯咖啡的閒情逸致。店內除了室內空間，另一端還有個戶外庭院，天氣好時，在那曬曬太陽、享受難得的慵懶時光，或許你還會看到一隻肥肥的米克斯窩在沙發上睡覺呢！

Forro Cafe is located in a small side street right off Zhongming south rd. When you turn into Zhongming South Rd its the second lane, right next to a 7-11. The street turns left soon after and guides you directly to the welcoming outdoor cafe part of Forro on the left side. It is located right at an intersection which leaves space for an inviting architecture with a lot of daylight. Forro does not only have a small cafe out to the front but also an air conditioned indoor space as well as a beer garden European style outdoor part in the back.

Forro 無加收服務費，無提供刷卡、低消為飲品一杯。
餐點有提供早午餐、Easy Eat (自由搭配麵包、抹醬及一杯紅茶）、三明治、漢堡、鬆餅、甜點和飲品（咖啡、鮮奶類、茶品、果汁）。

Forro doesn't have a service charge and also doesn't accept credit cards. However the minimum order is just one drink. The cafe offers a large variety of choices on their dishes. Such as: Brunch, "Easy eat" *choice between six breads and nine spreads, as well as a drink), sandwiches, hamburgers, waffles as well as deserts and drinks. (coffee, dairy drinks, tea as well as juices).

皆附：自家製蔬食暖濃湯、鮮菇美式炒蛋、特製肉腸、新鮮季節水果、蘿蔓生菜沙拉、和風沙拉醬、薯塊/薯泥二擇一、脆皮吐司/歐式麵包二擇一
套餐：加100元可以任選140元以下飲品，超過補差額。

Brunch is served between 9:00 and 14:00 and includes the following:
Housemade vegetable soup, American style mushroom scrabled egg, speciality sausages, fresh seasonal fruits, romaine hearts salad, japanese salad dressing, potatoe slices or mashed potatoe as well as crispy toast or european style bread.
Set: for an additional 100NT$ you can choose a drink with a price up to 140NT$, for everything above you need to pay the amount above 140.

附餐的南瓜濃湯讓我印象深刻，不像其他餐廳通常提供的都是玉米濃湯，這碗小小的湯有著很濃的南瓜奶香味，鹹甜適中，讓我滿驚豔的。法式土司浸泡蛋液時間剛好，讓原本乾巴巴的吐司變得濕潤綿密，但又不會過於軟爛油膩。

The first positive surprise on the table is the soup, unlike most restaurants that serve corn soup Forro decided to serve a pumpkin soup. Thick and with a nice pumpkin flavor and not too salty. The french toasts are golden baked without being too soaked in oil as you might expect them to be. The salad comes with a simple vinaigrette. The potato slices and egg aren't much flavored but salted slightly.

經典早午餐搭配樣式其實與金黃法式土司無二樣，薯塊、沙拉、濃湯和水果。麵包我選擇了脆皮吐司，對於脆的口感每個人定義不同，在我認為是可以再烤焦一點。農村德國腸的味道很特別，鹹度香味適中，口感扎實，據Lukas的說法，它長得就跟他在德國看到的香腸一樣XD。

The classic brunches side dishes are except for the fried egg exactly the same as the vegetarian sets.
For the bread I chose a crispy toast. But it seems like the crispy is a matter of taste, in my opinion it could've been baked a bit crispier. The German sausage tasted really special with a moderate salty flavor. Unlike other sausages it was rather firm while biting into it. And according to Lukas it just looked like the sausages he had seen in Germany before.

附餐飲品我們各自選了白摩卡(+$20，原價$160)和香橙拿鐵(+$10，原價$150)

白摩卡添加了29.2%的白巧克力，去過許多家的咖啡廳，倒是很少見倒有幾間使用白巧克力作咖啡，挺特別的！或是白巧克力甜膩的奶香味在咖啡中並不特別強烈，但是品嘗時，在舌尖隱約顯現的巧克力香味會讓你愛上他。

至於香橙拿鐵，我得說，除非你是個非常愛柳橙味道的人或者你非常喜愛挑戰不同新鮮的事物，不然這杯咖啡大概會讓你有非常特別的感受。香橙的味道很濃且強烈，並且對於我這不愛甜的人來說，香橙糖漿的甜味真的過膩了。

We chose two drinks that were over the 140NT$ set limit, so for the white mocha(160NT$) we paid an extra 20NT$ and for the Orange Latte (150NT$) we paid an additional 10NT$.

The white chocolate mocha is made 29% white chocolate. And it was one of the few drinks in brunch stores that really surprised me with a very decent flavor. The white chocolate flavor although not too strong can be tasted through the mocha flavor and goes very along with it very well, very refreshing!

The Orange Latte...well lets say I think its something for orange lovers or the very brave. For me the combination of orange and coffee was an unforgivable experiment. The orange flavor was quite strong and totally overkill for me. Also it was relatively sweet, which might indicate they used a simple orange syrup.
